PARTS GALLERY INSPIRATION
Sozho Michikawa Series
I have been inspired by the ceramist Sozho Michikawa making a representation of his technique with a personal language. Some of the pieces become useful objects while other contemplative objects as a means of plastic expression of the clay and the execution around it. The pieces try to engage with the environment and personal responses to it, this is the central essence of the work.
